Today, we brought a full body scan case of Youngpa C YOUNG POSSE IDOL MUSIC VIDEO!
It's a hot idol that's rising as a national hip hop these days!

He visited Replica Studio in person to shoot the music video

이번에 찍은 뮤직비디오는 영파씨의 ATE THAT이랍니다.

ATE THAT은 공개 이틀 만에 1000만 조회수를 돌파하며 화제가 되었죠.

​

ATE THAT 뮤직비디오는 1990년대 미국 힙합 사운드를

현대적인 지펑크 장르로 재해석한 점에서부터 많은 이목을 끌었어요.

그뿐만 아니라, GTA 게임을 모티브로 한 신나는 추격전과 다양한 CG 효과,

그리고 게임 캐릭터로 변한 멤버들을 보는 재밌는 요소들이 많이 있답니다.

이처럼 다양한 요소가 결합되어 뮤직비디오를 더욱 특별하게 만들어주고 있습니다.

그렇다면 어떻게 게임 캐릭터로 변했을까요~?

그건 전신 스캔을 해서 그 캐릭터에 리깅을 했기때문인데요!

어떻게 진행되었는지 확인해볼까요?

The music video we filmed this time is Youngpa's ATE THAT.
ATETHAT became a hot topic with more than 10 million views in just two days of its release.

The music video for ATE THAT attracted a lot of attention from its reinterpretation of the

1990s American hip-hop sound into a modern zippinck genre.
In addition, there are many fun elements to see exciting chase based on GTA game, 

various CG effects, and members who have turned into game characters.
These various elements are combined to make the music video even more special.

Then how did you turn into a game character?
That's because I did a full-body scan and then I rigged the character!
Let's see how it went?

레플리카에는 두개의 분장실이 있어서 메이크업을 수정하거나 옷을 갈아입을 수 있습니다.

화장대도 불빛이 나오는 화장대라 화장하기 딱 좋답니다.

분장실 크기도 작지 않아서 여유롭게 짐을 보관하고 준비할 수 있습니다.

The replica has two dressing rooms, so you can modify your makeup or change your clothes.
The dressing table is also a lighted dressing table, so it is perfect for makeup.
The size of the dressing room is not small, so you can store and prepare your luggage leisurely.

준비가 끝나면 이렇게 가운데 서서 포즈를 잡습니다.

신체 전체를 3D 스캐닝할 때 필요한 시간은 포즈 잡고

촬영 시간까지 약 1분 정도로, 정말 간편하고 빠르게 촬영된답니다.

160대의 카메라가 한번에 촬영되니 촬영중에 누락되거나 이상한 부분도 없고

DSLR 카메라이기때문에 화질도 좋아서 텍스쳐 깨지는 부분 없이 완벽하답니다 ㅎㅎ

When you're ready, stand in the middle and strike a pose.
The time required for 3D scanning of the entire body is about a minute to pose and shoot,

 which is really simple and fast.

Since 160 cameras are photographed at once, there are no missing or strange parts during filming,

 and since it is a DSLR camera, the quality is good, so it is perfect without breaking the texture haha

목걸이 같은 경우 핸드핼드 스캐너​를 이용해 스캔해줍니다.

이때 최대한 움직이지 않고 목걸이 모양을 유지해주면 된답니다.

In the case of necklaces, it is scanned using a hand-held scanner.
At this time, keep the shape of the necklace without moving as much as possible.

그렇게 약 3분~5분 내외로 스캔이 완료 된답니다.

마커를 붙여서 확실하게 핀을 잡게 해주면 깔끔하게 따진답니다.

그리고 텍스쳐작업을 위해 DSLR로 촬영을 해주면 악세사리까지 완벽하게 완료!

The scan is completed in about 3 to 5 minutes.
If you attach a marker to make sure you hold the pin, it will be neatly pointed out.
And if you shoot with DSLR for texture work, you'll complete the accessories perfectly!

이 3D 스캔 데이터를 뮤직비디오에 활용하면 영파씨의 3D아바타가

현실에선 불가능한 여러가지를 시도 할 수 있습니다.

예를 들어, 하늘을 자유롭게 날아다니거나 물속에서 춤추는 장면을 연출하거나

현실에서는 불가능한 카메라 앵글도 모두 가능하답니다!

그럼 스캔 결과물과 뮤직비디오에 어떻게 사용되었는지 확인해볼까요?

Using this 3D scan data for music videos allows Youngpa's 

3D avatar to try various things that are impossible in reality.

For example, it is possible to fly freely in the sky, dance in the water,

 and even camera angles that are impossible in real life!

So let's check the scan results and how they were used in the music video?

신발같은 경우 포토부스에서 전신 촬영을 할때 다른부위에 비해

작게 나오고 바지에 가리는 경우가 있기 때문에

다소 디테일이 떨어질 수 있어서 신발만 따로 스캔한답니다.

​

신발만 따로 스캔 할 경우 재질이나 신발 주름까지 다 표현되기 때문에

놓치는 부분없이 데이터를 제공해 드릴 수 있습니다.

In the case of shoes, when taking a full-length photo at a photo booth, 

they come out smaller than other parts and may be covered by pants, 

so the details may be a little less, so only the shoes are scanned separately.

If you scan the shoes separately, the material and the shoe wrinkles are expressed,

 so we can provide you with data without missing anything.

GTA 게임과 비슷하게 이렇게 완성 되었답니다.

실제에서 하기 어려운 포즈나 역동적인 포즈같은 경우 3D로 많이 대체 하신답니다.

그래서 영화, 드라마,CG, 뮤직비디오 촬영 등 다양한곳에서 전신 스캔을 진행하십니다.

영화나 드라마같은 촬영은 보안때문에 비공개 된 사례가 많답니다.

업계 1위인만큼 스캔도 빠르고 퀄리티도 남다르답니다.
