누데이크는 독특한 비주얼과 맛으로 많은 사람들에게 사랑받고 있는 곳인데요.

누데이크(NUDAKE)의 뜻은 New, Different, Cake. 세 가지 단어를 조합해 만든 이름입니다.

기존 F&B 업계에서는 볼 수 없었던 새로움을 가지고 있으면서도 맛있는 디저트라는 뜻이에요.

이번 포스트에서는 누데이크의 대표적인 디저트 5종, 명란 오니와상, 김치오니와상, 아가손파이,

소시지 크로피자 그리고 바질 크로피자에 대해 알아보겠습니다.

NUDAKE means New, Different, and Cake.

In this post, we will learn about Nudeik's five representative desserts, pollack Oniwasang, kimchi Oniwasang, 

agason pie, sausage cro pizza, and basil cro pizza.

포토그라메트리를 이용하여 360도 다양한 각도로 포토그라메트리를 위한

사진촬영을 마치고 난 후에는, 이를 전용 포토그라메트리 소프트웨어인 Realitycapture에서 프로세싱을 진행합니다.

After you have finished taking photos for the photogrammetry at 360 degree different angles using the photogrammetry, you can process it in Reality capture,a dedicated photogrammetry software.

Realitycapture (RC) 소프트웨어에서 사진의 위치정보를 인식하여

정합과정을 거치고나서 이를 3D오브젝트로 형성합니다.

마지막으로는 사진의 컬러 텍스처를 입히는 과정 끝에 최종 3D데이터가 생성됩니다.

가장 어려운 부분은 빵의 상단과 하단의 정합과정입니다.

빵의 하단면도 이러한 과정하에 데이터를 생성하고, 이를 다시 Realitycapture에서

상단과 하단을 정합하여 최종 데이터를 생성하는 과정을 거칩니다.

Reality capture (RC) software recognizes the location information of the photo, 

goes through a matching process, and then forms it into a 3D object.
Finally, the final 3D data is generated at the end of the process of applying the color texture of the photo.

The most difficult part is the process of matching the top and bottom of the bread.

이렇게 3D스캔 할 디저트를 올려놓고 위의 디저트와 마찬가지로

360도 다양한 각도에서 앞뒤면으로 촬영한 후 결합해줍니다.

최종 결과물은 Texture Map 소스와 함께 OBJ파일로 추출하여 데이터를 제공해 드립니다.

하트모양의 케이크로 퍼포즈 케이크입니다.

헤이즐넛 크림과 체리 콩피가 들어간 초콜릿 케이크로 부드럽고 달콤한 맛을 가졌다고합니다.

To celebrate Valentine's Day in 2023, Nudeik released a special new menu
It's a heart-shaped cake, a proposal cake.
It is a chocolate cake with hazelnut cream and cherry conpie and is said to have a soft and sweet taste.

화이트 생크림 위에는 선물 받는 사람에 따라 고를 수 있는

"him" , "her" 문구가 빨간색으로 로맨틱하게 들어가있습니다.

On top of the white whipped cream, the words "him" and "her" are romantic in red, 

which can be chosen according to the gift recipient.

무엇보다 누데이크 퍼포즈 케이크가 특별한 이유는 가운데 들어있는 크런치 비즈들과 두개의 반지때문입니다.

화이트, 초콜릿 컬러 비즈들이 케이크 중간에 가득 들어있고 그 안에는 초콜릿으로 만든 반지가 두개 들어있습니다.

지금봐도 너무 이쁜 디자인입니다.

이게 실제 케이크 모습입니다!

생크림 같은 경우 스캐너의 빛을 흡수하거나 반사할 가능성이 높아서 꼼꼼하게 작업해야하는데요

케이크를 3D 스캔하여 3D프린팅에 활용하기 위해서는 보다 정밀하고 높은 해상도의 3D매쉬 데이터가 추출되어야합니다.

so you have to work carefully
In order to scan the cake in 3D and use it for 3D printing, 

more precise and higher resolution 3D mesh data must be extracted.

옆에도 귀여운 리본 모양의 디자인이 있어서 자세하고 꼼꼼하게 스캔하는게 중요하겠죠?

뉴진스 케이크를 스캔했었던 적 있던 터라 진행했었던 기억을 떠올리며 수월하게 진행되었습니다.

RC ( Reality Capture)에서 본 모습입니다.

깔끔하게 잘 나왔죠? 밑에 검정색은 케이크 받침 판입니다.

옆에 디테일까지 무너지지않고 꼼꼼하게 표현되었습니다.

Since I had scanned the New Jeans cake, it was easy to remember that I had proceeded.

It came out nicely, right? The black one at the bottom is a cake stand.

스캐너로 취득한 매쉬 데이터에 중복이 있거나 겹쳐진 매쉬가 있는지 확인 후 수정 작업을 진행하고

그림자 등으로 스캐너로 취득하지 못해 작은 구멍같은 곳에 매쉬가 없을경우 곡률에따라 구멍을 매워줍니다

여러 자세하고 꼼꼼한 작업을 거친 후 높은 용량과 매쉬데이터 수를 조금 가볍게 리토폴리지 해줍니다.

이때 데이터의 디테일은 보존되는 정도로 진행해드립니다.

​Check if the mash data acquired by the scanner has duplicate or overlapping mash, then correct it, and if there is no mash in a small hole because it cannot be acquired by the scanner due to shadows, etc., fill the hole according to curvature.
After going through various detailed and meticulous tasks, the high capacity and the number of mash data are lightly reto-policed.
At this time, the details of the data will be preserved.
