3D스캔 과정과 렌더링 샷

당시 제품을 찍어놓은 실제 사진이 없어서 홈페이지 사진으로 대체하였습니다.

이렇게 실사 컬러 스캔이 필요한 제품들은 보통 포토그라메트리 형식으로 진행됩니다.

언더컷 같은 경우에는 안나온 부분 없이 돌려가며 촬영하고 그 후 동일하게 병합해주면 됩니다.

In the case of undercuts, you can take photos of the parts that are not shown by rotating them and

 then merge them together.

 

 

 

병합하고 난 후 이상한 메쉬가 있거나 겹친 부분이 있다면 수정해주면 됩니다.

그런 과정을 거치면 최종데이터가 완성된답니다!

 

After merging, if there are any strange meshes or overlapping parts, you can fix them.
After going through that process, the final data is complete!

이런 지갑이나 물체가 작은 경우는 스캔이 오래 걸리지 않습니다.

다만 빛을 반사하는 재질이나 유리 같은 경우는 스캔이 조금 난이도가 있는편입니다.

하지만 레플리카에선 다양한 물품들을 스캔한 이력이 있기 때문에 다 가능합니다.

가방의 질감과 색까지 정확하게 표현된 3D 데이터입니다.

실제 형상과 스캔 데이터의 정확도 차이는 +-0.03~0.05mm이고 유실된 부분 없이 모든 부분이 잘 스캔되었답니다.

The accuracy difference between the actual shape and the scan data is +-0.03~0.05mm,

스트랩의 재질과 구멍, 박음질까지 스캔이 꼼꼼하게 되었습니다.

스트랩 같은 경우 겹치는 부분이 많아서 병합이 잘 될 수 있게 스캔 하는것이 중요합니다.

누락이 되는 부분 없이 디테일하게 스캔하고, 꼼꼼하게 텍스처를 촬영하는것이 중요합니다.

so it is important to scan them so that they can be merged well.
It is important to scan them in detail without missing any parts, 

and to take meticulous photos of the texture.
