지옥에서 온 판사 8회에 나왔던 충남 당진 삽교호 놀이동산입니다.

​

드라마 촬영에서는 촬영 스케줄, 날씨, 장소의 접근성 등 여러 이유때문에

현장을 보완하는 CG 작업이 많이 이루어 져서 3D스캔 데이터가 필수랍니다.

​

삽교호 놀이동산은 오래된 놀이기구와 다양한 조형물로 구성되어 있어서,

디테일한 부분까지 꼼꼼하게 작업을 진행했습니다.

​

현장 스캔 작업을 시작하기 전, 사전 계획을 세워 각 위치에서 필요한 장비와 포지션을 정리하였답니다.

This is Sapgyoho Amusement Park in Dangjin, Chungnam, which appeared in episode 8 of Judge from Hell.

During drama filming, CG work to supplement the site is done a lot due to various reasons such as filming schedule, 

weather, and accessibility of the location, so 3D scan data is essential.

Sapgyoho Amusement Park is composed of old amusement facilities and various sculptures, 

so we worked meticulously on even the most detailed parts.

Before starting the on-site scanning work, 

we made a preliminary plan and organized the necessary equipment and positions for each location.

광대역 스캐너를 사용해 주요 구조물을 포착하고, 한 포지션당 약 2분만에 데이터를 수집했습니다.

이 시간을 유지하면서도, 스캔 대상 간의 연결성을 확보해 모든 데이터를 완벽히 통합할 수 있었습니다.

스캔 데이터의 완성도를 높이기 위해, 놀이기구와 구조물의 실제 텍스처를 DSLR로 촬영했습니다.

그래서 금속의 광택, 페인트 벗겨짐, 녹슨 흔적 등 실제 표면의 질감을 그대로 나왔답니다.

Using a wideband scanner, we captured the main structures and collected data in about 2 minutes per position.
While maintaining this time, we were able to secure connectivity between scanned objects to perfectly integrate all data.

To increase the completeness of the scan data, we captured the actual textures of the rides and structures with a DSLR.
That way, the textures of the actual surfaces, such as the gloss of the metal, 

peeling paint, and rust marks, were captured as they were.

현장에서 수집된 데이터를 가져와 Reality Capture를 통해 통합 작업을 진행했습니다.

각 스캔 포지션에서 발생한 미세한 겹침이나 오차를 수정하고,

불필요한 데이터를 제거해 최종 결과물을 최적화했습니다.

We took the data collected on-site and integrated it through Reality Capture.
We corrected any minor overlaps or 

errors that occurred at each scan position and removed unnecessary data to optimize the final result.

한 포지션당 2분 미만이라는 짧은 작업 시간에도 불구하고, 완벽한 퀄리티 보이시나요?

병합 후 고해상도 데이터를 확보해 데이터 파일을 빠르게 전송해드렸답니다.

광대역 3D스캔을 진행할 시 실제 장소를 재방문하거나,

새로운 세트를 제작하지 않아도 되는 만큼 시간과 비용을 크게 줄일 수 있습니다.

답동성당은 건축적 특징이 많아 스캔 작업이 쉽지 않았을 것 같았지만,

15년 이상의 전문가들의 손길로 빠르고 정교하게 진행되었습니다.

이 과정에서 광대역 3D 스캐너가 성당의 외관과 내부를

수많은 포인트 클라우드로 측정해 디지털 데이터를 수집했습니다.

Dapdong Church has many architectural features, so the scanning process may not have been easy,

but it was done quickly and precisely with the help of experts with over 15 years of experience.
In this process, a wideband 3D scanner measured the exterior and 

interior of the church with numerous point clouds to collect digital data.

일단 드론, DSLR 으로 촬영한 답동성당( dapdong church) 사진과

1. 정밀한 3D스캔으로 인한 복제와 기록

3D 스캔은 고해상도의 데이터를 통해 건축물의 형태를 아주 정밀하게 디지털화합니다.

예를 들어, 답동성당의 복잡한 아치와 섬세한 조각,

스테인드글라스의 패턴 등을 스캔하면 0.1mm의 오차도 없이 디지털로 복제할 수 있습니다.

또한 스캔을 통해 얻은 디지털 모델은 정확한 치수를 제공하므로,

광대역 스캐너와 드론, DSLR을 이용하여 촬영하기 힘든 부분까지 모두 깔끔하게 스캔되었습니다.

눈으로 보기 힘든 세세한 부분까지 오차범위 없이 모두 스캔하였습니다.

최종 또한 오차없이 전체적인 부분이 잘 나왔습니다.

The final part also came out well without any errors.
The creative pattern and the curve of the building were merged well without any strange parts and were completed.

만약 해당 스팟에서 스캔할 시 벽이나 기둥으로 가려져 언더컷이 생기는 곳은,

광대역3D스캐너를 이동시킨 후 추가 스캔을 통해 데이터를 계속적으로 확보해 나간답니다.

한 세트장의 경우 최소 20스팟의 광대역 3d스캔 작업을 하며,장소와 범위가 매우 넓다면 50~100스팟도 스캔합니다.

To secure scan data to detail, 

the broadband 3D scanner was positioned at the optimal spot and then scanned 360 degrees.
If scanning at the spot is covered with walls or columns and undercut occurs, 

the wideband 3D scanner is moved and the data is continuously obtained through additional scanning.
For one set, we do at least 20 spots of broadband 3d scanning, 

and if the location and range are very wide, we also scan 50 to 100 spots.

또한 텍스처 작업을 위해 드론과 DSLR을 이용해 추가적으로 사진을 촬영해준답니다.

​

이렇게 수집된 Drone사진은 포토그라메트리 3D스캔 용도로 사용되기도 하며,

지상에서 DSLR로 촬영하지 못하는 곳들의 TEXTURE 제작용 소스​로 사용하게 됩니다.​

DSLR사진 또한 마찬가지로 세부 TEXTURE 제작 용도의 소스로 사용되게 됩니다.

​

장소 한곳 한곳 놓치는 부분 없이 3D 데이터로 만들어내고 꼼꼼하게 작업했답니다.
