맥스 : 그게 무슨 뜻이야?

찰리 : 그 얘기 기억해? 유태인 소년이 현명한 아버지 옆에 앉아 있었어.

그 아버지가 말씀하셨지.

"항상 명심해라, 아들아. 인생은 오렌지란다."

아들은 평생동안 그 말의 의미를 생각했지.

60년 후에 아버지는 돌아가시게 됐고

아들은 아버지의 임종을 보기 위해 찾아왔어.

점점 의식이 멀어지는 아버지에게 아들이 물었지.

"그게 무슨 뜻이었죠?"

"무슨 뜻이냐니, 뭐가?"

"아시잖아요. 인생은 오렌지라는 거요."

마지막 숨을 거두면서 아버지가 말씀하셨어.

"무슨 염병할 뜻인지는 나도 모르지."

이찬 : 몰라 그냥 반짝였으면 좋겠어.

어느 누가,라떼를 찾으며,인생은 이렇다,청춘은 쓰다, 달다, 이런 것이다,정의 내릴 수 있을까,

어느 누가,오렌지의 의미를,워터멜론의 의미를,감히 정의할 수 있을까.

고단하고, 우울하고, 불안한 청춘들이여,인생에 정답은 없다.

타인이 내린 답 또한 그대에겐 소용없는 의미다.

그러니 퍼스널컬러 진단으로 자신의 톤을 결정짓지 말라.

오직 내 등에 달린 미약한 날개로 버둥치며 날아라.

감히 소원한다.

그리하여,‘어쩌면 누군가를 사랑하는 것보다 나 자신을 사랑하는 게 더 어려웠던 그대들이,

저 수많은 별을 맞기 위해 땅 아래로 떨어졌던 것임을 깨닫게 되고,

저 수천 개 찬란한 화살의 과녁은 나 하나였음을 알게 되고,
